Abu Dhabi T10 League 2022: Bangla Tigers have appointed Sreesanth as the mentor of the team for the upcoming edition of Abu Dhabi T10 League.
Sreesanth possesses a truckload of experience when it comes to the sport. His presence will do a world of good for Bangla Tigers. They will be looking forward to making a bid for the title.
Notably, experienced all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan will lead the team from the front. In fact, we all know that Sreesanth called it quits from domestic cricket in March this year.
He is all set to start a new chapter as a coach as this will be his maiden coaching spell. For sure, he will look forward to the new role and will try his maximum best to bring the best out of his players.
The Abu Dhabi T10 League will kick off in November this year. Shakib Al Hasan will lead the team from the front. On the other hand, former Bangladesh all-rounder Aftab Ahmed has been named the head coach.

On the other side of the coin, Nazmul Abedin Fahim has been named the assistant coach. Bangla Tigers have got all their bases covered.
Notably, Bangla Tigers signed West Indies international Evin Lewis, New Zealand international Colin Munro. Apart from them, one player from Pakistan and one player from Sri Lanka made it to Bangla Tigers.
They are none other than Mohammad Amir and Matheesha Pathirana. Meanwhile, Bangla Tigers’ owner Mohammad Yasin Chowdhury expressed his happiness upon acquiring the services of Shakib this time around.
“It is befitting that Shakib plays for the Bangla Tigers. He is a fantastic ambassador for Bangladesh cricket,” Mohammad Yasin Chowdhury added in a statement.
From day one we have been keen to include him in the squad but due to the busy schedule of the national team, we were unable to secure him till this season,” he said.
“He is a dynamic, experienced, dedicated, passionate and motivated player as well as an inspirational captain, who will no doubt lead the squad from the front,” he added.
