Dinesh Karthik has returned to the Indian squad with some great performances in IPL 2022 while playing for his new side Royal Challengers Bangalore. Under the Captaincy of Faf du Plessis for RCB, Karthik has enjoyed his game and has put some magnificent strokes.
With his vintage performance, Karthik made it to the blue jersey after long years of struggle and avoidance. Besides, he has said several times that he wants to bring the Blues to World Cup glory.
Karthik’s last performance against South Africa was indeed the best one. His knock of 55 runs in just 27 overs at Rajkot helped India equalize in the five-match series.

During the discussion on Star Sports, Sanjay was asked about Karthik’s game-defining efforts. Bangar responded: “Who says dreams don’t come true? Dinesh Karthik’s dreams have come true, he has come back to the Indian team and then to make a match-winning contribution, he has done that today.”
The Royal Challengers Bangalore head coach stresses Karthik’s hard code ahead of IPL 2022. Speaking of the same he continued, “This game is about practice and hard work.”
“This player has the hunger because before the IPL he tried to play a lot of matches in T20 domestic cricket, once those matches got over, he went to Madurai and other places to play local cricket,” he added.
Precisely, Karthik was one of Bangalore’s star players in the recently ended Indian Premier League. Dinesh broke 330 runs in the match with an outstanding strike rate of 183.33.

Bangar added that Karthik gas continuously improved his match temperament there. He has a unique style of practicing.
