At the drivers’ press conference, Verstappen addressed the media, including Sportskeeda, and reflected on the incredible season while praising his team’s efforts.

He talked about how Red Bull’s early-season dependability concerns were difficult, but that they were quickly resolved. Says Max Verstappen

“It has taken a wonderful collective effort to turn things around in that way, especially considering our difficult start to the year. Neither I nor anybody else on the club could have anticipated that. But being a member of this squad has been incredibly pleasant.”

The two-time world champion emphasized the need of savouring each moment and not be bogged down by work all the time.

It will be challenging for Verstappen and Red Bull to outperform this year given their dominance. The Dutchman, though, is anticipating the 2023 Formula One season and hopes to do better. stating Verstappen:

“We have a great time. Of course, we concentrate on the performance, but you should also fully savor and value each moment. And I believe we succeeded in doing that. We will, but we are already planning for the next year. You frequently claim to make improvements. I realize it’s hard to perform significantly better than this, but you should constantly attempt to aim there.”

Max Verstappen’s strong performance with Red Bull is praised by a former F1 world winner

There is no disputing that this season, Max Verstappen has earned the title of world champion. With four races remaining in the season, the Dutchman, who was in a league of his own, won the Drivers’ World Championship in Japan. Numerous Formula 1 experts lauded him for his domination after his performance, which did not go unnoticed.

Damon Hill, a former Formula One world champion, praised Max Verstappen for winning the final race of the year. The Dutchman’s last race, according to Hill, embodied his whole campaign.

The Red Bull driver completed a flawless race by maintaining the lead all the way to the finish line. By Damon Hill

“It was the ideal way to go out. He has been tremendously dominant. He truly had a sharp appearance. He has been so complete from the beginning, even though you continually learn and grow. When he initially started, he showed a little amount of impatience, but he didn’t need to show it this year. All he had to do was think, which he did.”

Damon Hill did make notice of Max Verstappen’s imperfections occasionally. The Red Bull driver, though, has had a wonderful season because he appears much more experienced and professional.
