It is no secret that Jeremie Frimpong is seen as a long-term replacement for Dani Carvajal. However, there are a few other candidates in the race as well. However, Frimpong has often been linked with Real Madrid. Apart from Los Blancos the likes of Chelsea, Arsenal, and Manchester United have also been linked with him.

Jeremie Frimpong wants to play with Real Madrid superstar Vincuis Junior
Recently, as per Marca, the Dutchman was asked whether he wants to play with Vinicius Junior, and he replied that he would love to play with the Brazilian. It was further added that he is a great player and that maybe one day both of them might play together. He said “Yes, of course, I would love to. He is a great player. Who knows… maybe one day“
The 23-year-old Brazilian plays on the left wing. While Frimpong plays as a right back. Perhaps there could be a time when Junior would cut the ball from the left and switch the play to the Dutchman on the right. However, it seems unlikely that Jeremie Frimpong will sign for Real Madrid this summer and be Dani Carjval’s replacement.
This is not the first Jeremie Frimpong has praised the Real Madrid star. Previously as well he has said that he admires the Brazilian. He said that he loves to see Junior on the ball and he is so calm with it. The Dutchman further added that the Brazilian never panics and he plays freely.
On the face of it, there is a clear indication that Jeremie Frimpong wants to play with the Real Madrid star. However, in order to do that he has to be Dani Carjval’s replacement. The Bayer Leverkusen star has shown promise, it remains to be seen what happens next summer.

In most areas, Jeremie Frimpong at Real Madrid would be a good replacement for Dani Carjval. However, stats don’t always show the full picture. The experience of a player like Carjval has been very crucial for a club like Real Madrid. But nevertheless, Dani Carjval’s replacement will eventually come to the club.
Also, Jeremie Frimpong at Real Madrid will have to improve a lot defensively. He is an attacking threat, however at Jeremie Frimpong at Real Madrid will have to work hard defensively. Carjval might not have the same numbers attacking wise but he makes up for that defensively.
Thus if Jeremie Frimpong signs for Real Madrid, he would also have to improve aerially. It is possible that opponents might try to attack the space left by the Dutchman. They could also attack him at the far post as well.
For Frimpong to be Dani Carjval’s replacement, a few other things also have to be taken into consideration. First is the fee for him, which has to be paid to Bayer Leverkusen. The Germans are unlikely to let him leave for cheap. There will be other targets that Los Blancos want to sign as well.
