Jordan Henderson Tips Bukayo Saka For Bright Future With Arsenal & England

Jordan Henderson: Bukayo Saka has absolutely everything and the future’s very bright for him

Jordan Henderson has tipped Bukayo Saka for a bright future with both Arsenal and England’s national football teams.

Bukayo Saka has established himself as one of the world’s most exciting young talents. He has been key for Arsenal in their pursuit of the Premier League title and was also impressive for England’s national football team during the recent March international break.

Jordan Henderson has played alongside Bukayo Saka on England national football team, and the Liverpool midfielder is full of praise for the Arsenal attacker.

Speaking ahead of Liverpool’s Premier League clash with Arsenal, Jordan Henderson described Bukayo Saka as a special person and a fantastic player.

He’s a special person. Off the pitch, he’s a really nice lad, really humble,” Jordan Henderson told beIN SPORTS [via Empire of the Kop]. “On the pitch, he’s got absolutely everything, especially for his age. His maturity, and his decision-making within games…he scores goals, defends, works hard, and never really loses the ball. He’s so strong when he’s holding people off.

He has absolutely everything and the future’s very bright for him, and I’m sure for Arsenal and England hopefully as well. He’s a fantastic player.

Bukayo Saka has appeared in 39 games across all competitions for Arsenal so far this season. He has amassed 13 goals and 10 assists in those matches. 12 of the goals and all of the assists have come in the Premier League, where Arsenal occupies first place.

Bukayo Saka will be one of the players Liverpool will have to be most wary of when they take on Arsenal at Anfield in their upcoming Premier League game. Arsenal had secured a 3-2 win the last time they met Liverpool, and Bukayo Saka scored two goals on that occasion.

Meanwhile, Arsenal have 72 points from 29 matches in the Premier League so far this season. They enjoy a five-point lead over second-placed Manchester City, who are the defending champions.

A defeat to Liverpool in their upcoming game would be a disastrous result for Arsenal and it would further blow the title race wide open. Should Arsenal fall to Liverpool at Anfield, Manchester City will only be five points behind the Gunners while also having a game in hand.

Liverpool, meanwhile, languishes at eighth in the Premier League points table with 43 points from 28 matches. Meanwhile, a defeat to Arsenal would be a blow to Liverpool’s hopes of a top-six finish.
