Arsenal Transfer News: Mikel Arteta and co. were active in the summer transfer window of 2023, spending north of £200m on recruits before the deadline on Friday.
Arsenal shelled out a transfer fee in the north of £100m to land highly-rated midfielder Declan Rice from West Ham United this summer.
