Real Madrid Vinicius Jr injury: The Brazilian international suffered an injury earlier this month and has been out of action ever since.
Vinicius Jr picked up an injury during Real Madrid’s 1-0 win over Celta Vigo in La Liga. After he went down holding his hamstring, Real Madrid replaced Vinicius with Joselu in the 18th minute of the game.
Real Madrid would go on to win the game courtesy of the goal Jude Bellingham scored in the 81st minute. Reports indicated that Vinicius Jr could be out of action for a month, with the attacker set to miss Brazil’s upcoming games during the September international break.
According to a report in Marca, Vinicius Jr and the Real Madrid medical staff and technicians are working to ensure the attacker recovers from the injury in time for the Madrid derby.
