LeBron James took the podium to accept the KIA NBA MVP trophy when he was at a news conference in Miami. Before accepting the prize in person at the official press presentation, King James used YouTube to personally welcome his devoted following and thank them for their support.
LeBron James led the team in points (27.1), rebounds (7.9), assists (6.2), and steals (1.9), contributing to one of the top player efficiency ratings (PER) in the league. He finished in first place with a score of 30.80, which was more than four points better than Chris Paul’s score of 27.09.
LeBron James was, by far and away, the most prolific player during that particular season. It would be possible to talk about LeBron’s performance for hours on end. Because of the extremely packed schedule, he was only able to skip out on two of the contests, but he still managed to shoot 53 percent from the field and average 37.5 minutes per game.
Because of a lockout, the 2011–2012 season was delayed, and during that time, LeBron James worked with Hakeem Olajuwon to refine his post-up game. This allowed James to make the most of the prolonged summer.
This assisted him in rediscovering the enjoyment he had while out on the court. Because of James’s expanded skill set, Miami got off to the best start in team history by beginning the year with an 18-6 record. He finally received the NBA MVP award for the third time after finishing the season with averages of 27.1 points, 7.9 rebounds, 6.2 assists, and 1.9 steals per game while shooting 53 percent from the field.

LeBron James won the NBA MVP award
During the second round of the playoffs, the Miami Heat were trailing the Indiana Pacers by a score of 2-1 when Bosh had to be taken out of action due to an illness affecting his abdomen region. LeBron James made his comeback in Game 4 and helped tie the series with a performance that included 40 points, 18 rebounds, and nine assists.
LeBron James had a “career-defining performance,” according to The New York Times, as he guided the Heat to victory in Game 6 despite the Heat being on the verge of elimination. James scored 45 points and pulled down 15 rebounds in what was called a “career-defining performance.”
To go to the Finals, Miami had to win Game 7 against Oklahoma City, which they did by defeating Kevin Durant and the Thunder. Despite having to sit out some of Game 4 of the series due to leg cramps, LeBron James was able to make a three-pointer in the dying minutes of the game to give the Heat a lead and contribute to their victory.
In Game 5, Miami defeated Oklahoma City to win their second title overall, and LeBron James won his first championship overall. LeBron James had a triple-double in that game. James was selected as the NBA MVP in the Bill Russell NBA Finals based on his performance, in which he averaged 28.6 points, 10.2 rebounds, and 7.4 assists per game.
