Soccer Star Neymar Helping Out Heat’s Jimmy Butler as He Practices Before NBA Finals Game 3

Neymar

Neymar Jr., a prodigy in the sport of football, made an appearance in a recent training video that starred NBA superstar Jimmy Butler. During a shootaround, it was spotted that Neymar Jr. was shooting with the Miami Heat forward shortly after the latter player joined them.

During his workout, it is clear that Butler is not pushing himself to his maximum capacity. From around the bend, one can see him beaming while he casually fires his weapon. The soccer player, who also plays basketball, shows off his skills by blocking a jump shot in the meantime. He also plays basketball.

According to multiple reports, Neymar Jr. has an interest in the sport of basketball. The Golden State Warriors star player, Steph Curry, has crossed paths with the legendary soccer player on multiple occasions. Even when they were working together, the two agreed to do interviews.

Following their time together at the Olympics in 2016, Neymar Jr. and Butler have built a strong friendship. Even more than that, the football player sent his gratitude to Butler via an emotional tweet for winning the ECF MVP title. The fact that Neymar Jr. joined Butler for his workout is encouraging because it demonstrates that the Heat forward is putting his attention where it should be.

Because the NBA Finals match is currently deadlocked, Butler and Miami are in a fantastic position to take advantage of playing on their home court. As Game 3 of the NBA Finals approaches against the Denver Nuggets, it would appear that Butler is prepared to take the offensive initiative for his team.

As the Miami Heat battled their way through the play-in tournament and top-seeded opponents in the Eastern Conference finals to make it to the NBA Finals, they were unable to live up to the expectations that were placed on them.

Despite being the underdog in every series, the Heat have shown amazing resiliency, with role players rising when it was needed most to make crucial plays. The club has developed a well-known reputation for toughness and resilience, thanks in large part to the famous presence of Jimmy Butler.

Their tenacity is what sets them apart from other teams, and it has helped them win contests that they shouldn’t have ever been able to compete for. It is fair to assert that Miami is not a squad that should be underestimated, and their performance in Game 2 against the Nuggets was an excellent illustration of this point.

The Heat had the upper hand in terms of momentum going into Game 3, which they won. Because they are playing on their turf, they have a significant edge in terms of their odds of winning. However, there is a good reason why the Nuggets are the top seed. Nikola Jokic is in charge of one of the league’s most effective offenses, so the Heat cannot afford to be complacent against them for even a single second.
