Paul Pogba News: As reported by The Mirror, The newly released documentary called ‘Pogmentary’ has been rated as the worst show on IMDB. The film highlights the life of Paul Pogba in brief but it seems that it failed to amaze the fans.
Ratings like getting a score of one out of ten are pretty shambolic. The ‘Pogmentary’ was released on the streaming platform weeks back but it failed to gather enough views.
The film focuses more on Pogba’s contract situation at the end of the 2020/21 season. The French midfielder’s contract reached the final 12 months and now after months of discussions, he has left the club.
Juventus has signed their former player for free after releasing him for £100m way back in 2016. Manchester United had put up an exciting offer for the midfielder, but his mind was already set on a move to a foreign club.

Manchester United board had put forward an improved offer for the Frenchmen. The club was ready to offer more than £290k but Pogba and his agent. Mino Raiola was not happy with the player’s status at the club.
Prior to the release of ‘Pogmentary’, the Turkish musical series ‘Iste Bu Benim Masalim’ was the lowest-rated show on IMDB (1.2 out of 10). The fans have given a thumbs down to his first-time venture.
Pogba’s relationship with the Red Devils fans deteriorated as they started to show their frustration. Chants such as ‘You are not fit to wear the shirt’ started making rounds across the stadium in his final appearance against Norwich City.
Even Pogba started to show frustration on his face as he started replying back to the fans through own his own way.

The midfielder’s performance at Old Trafford was hit badly due to his fitness issues and inability to stand up to his standards. He scored 39 goals in 225 appearances but failed to lift any major trophy over the past three years.

However, a scene in the documentary didn’t go well with the fans who started accusing Paul Pogba of being greedy for wages.
The midfielder had asked his agent, Mino Raiola about a new offer given by Manchester United. His agent replied by saying: “Yes. They absolutely want you to stay. For me, the offer doesn’t reflect that.” For which, Pogba replied: “They’re bluffing. How can you tell a player you absolutely want him and offer him nothing? Never seen that.“
Even after receiving an offer in excess of £300k, the midfielder still wanted to have more. The club didn’t want to let their wage structure get affected. So they handed a deal close to his demands.
Pogba’s lack of passion on and off the field was a reason behind his downfall not only for the club but also for the fans who believed in his capabilities.
