Former Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel has revealed he is already getting offers from clubs but said he has not made a decision yet.
Chelsea sacked Tuchel earlier this season after a mixed start to the 22/23 campaign. The Blues announced parting ways with Tuchel after their 1-0 defeat to Dinamo Zagreb in the Champions League.
Chelsea’s decision to sack Tuchel came as a surprise to many, after a summer in which they backed him heavily in the transfer market. Tuchel believes his time as the Chelsea manager came to an end too early for him.
“I loved every day at Chelsea,” says Tuchel told Sportstar. “It came to an end too early for me, but it was out of my hands. This is also what you sign up for.”

The German tactician also revealed he is receiving offers from clubs but has not yet taken a decision.
“I haven’t made a decision yet,” the former Chelsea manager said. “It is now time for me to take a break. Some clubs have been calling my manager but we agreed that he would not call me here for these past 18 days.”
Meanwhile, Tuchel was appointed as the Chelsea manager in January 2021, after the Blues parted ways with Frank Lampard. He initially joined the Stamford Bridge outfit on an 18-month contract.
He led the Blues to Champions League glory in his first season at the club. The west London outfit secured a 1-0 win over Manchester City to become the Champions League winner.
Tuchel then extended his contract with Chelsea following the European glory, signing a deal with the Premier League side that would keep him at the club until 2024.
Chelsea finished fourth in the Premier League points table in the 2021/22 season. The Blues improved a position in the next season, finishing third in the English top-flight.
In the 21/22 season, Chelsea’s Champions League campaign came to an end at the quarter-final stage, where Real Madrid knocked them out of the competition.
Chelsea had a mixed start to the 22/23 season. Chelsea had 10 points from their first six matches in the Premier League and they sat sixth when they announced the decision to relieve Tuchel of duties. The announcement came following Chelsea’s defeat to Dinamo Zagreb in their Champions League 22/23 opener.
