IPL 2023: Huge Blow For RCB As Will Jacks Is All Set To Miss The Entire Season Due To Injury

Surrey player Will Jacks 5 sixes showcased incredible power hitting in the Vitality Blast. Surrey were taking on Middlesex in the South Group at the Kennington Oval in London, England.

Middlesex captain Stephen Eskinazi won the toss and opted to bowl in the Vitality Blast match. Surrey got an exceptional start thanks to their openers Will Jacks and Laurie Evans. Both played phenomenally well in the Vitality Blast match.

Will Jacks went on to score 96 runs from 45 balls with a strike rate of 213.33. He smashed 8 fours and 7 sixes which also included Will Jacks 5 sixes consecutively hit against Middlesex spinner.

Laurie Evans scored 85 runs from 37 balls while the whole other batting lineup let the team down by playing poorly. Despite that, Surrey managed to score 252 runs with a loss of 7 wickets in 20 overs.

Will Jacks 5 sixes became the highlight but the way Middlesex batsmen batted took away the limelight. Stephen Eskinazi scored 73 runs from 37 balls while Max Holden scored 68 runs from 35 balls.

Ryan Higgins put up 48 runs from 24 balls in the Vitality Blast match. Middlesex chased the target of 253 runs in the last over and they won the Vitality Blast match against Surrey by seven wickets.

Will Jacks got the perfect opportunity to hit 6 sixes in an over as Will Jacks 5 sixes were hit consecutively. But Will Jacks missed a juicy full toss on the sixth bowl. However, Will Jacks 5 sixes showcased incredible power hitting. He will be crucial for Royal Challengers Bangalore in the next IPL.
