He made his debut for the Red Devils senior team in September 1992, coming on as a substitute against Brighton & Hove Albion in a League Cup match.

David Beckham’s stint at Manchester United came to an end in the summer of 2003 as Real Madrid acquired the services of the Englishman. During his stay at Manchester United, David Beckham made 394 appearances for the club. He also spent a short stint at Preston North End on loan from Manchester United in 1995.

Real Madrid signed David Beckham for a transfer fee of €37 million. Beckham joined the La Liga heavyweights on a four-year contract.

David Beckham made his debut for Real Madrid in a Spanish Super Cup first-leg match against Mallorca in August 2003. Real Madrid lost the game as Mallorca secured a 2-1 win. However, Real Madrid would cruise to a 3-0 win in the return leg to win the title. Beckham scored Real Madrid’s third goal in the match.

David Beckham’s Real Madrid career was not as trophy-laden as he might have hoped for. During his four-season stay at Real Madrid, the La Liga behemoths won just two titles: the Spanish Super Cup in 2003 and La Liga in the 2006/07 season.

His final appearance for Real Madrid came in a 3-1 win over Mallorca in La Liga in June 2007. Beckham suffered an injury in that game and was replaced by José Antonio Reyes. Real Madrid were 1-0 down in the game at that time. However, they would go on to win the game and the La Liga title.

David Beckham appeared in a total of 159 official matches for Real Madrid during his four-year stay at the club.

In his first season with Real Madrid, Beckham featured in 46 games for the Spanish side. In the next season, he made 38 appearances for Real Madrid, seven less than what he managed in the previous season.

David Beckham appeared in 44 and 31 matches respectively in his last two seasons with Real Madrid. According to Transfermarkt, Beckham scored 20 goals and registered 52 assists for Real Madrid.
