In the latest Arsenal news, the Gunners have been handed an injury concern after Thomas Partey was substituted off at half-time in Ghana’s 2-0 defeat at the hands of Mexico.
Arsenal, who have made a good start to the 23/24 season, currently have three players out with injury. Bukayo Saka is currently facing a spell on the sidelines and missed Arsenal’s 1-0 win over Manchester City in their most recent fixture in the Premier League.
Bukayo Saka also withdrew from the England squad for their two matches during the October international break, against Australia and Italy. Summer signing Jurrien Timber, meanwhile, has been out of action since August. The Netherlands international is likely to miss the majority of the current campaign.
Meanwhile, William Saliba withdrew from international duty after the France defender picked up a toe injury.

In the latest Arsenal news, Ghana substituting off Thomas Partey at halftime in their defeat to Mexico has added to the Gunners’ injury concerns.
Thomas Partey recently returned to action after spending a spell on the sidelines due to an injury. Partey missed six games due to a groin injury that he sustained earlier this season. Partey returned to the Arsenal matchday squad for their 2-1 defeat to Lens but was an unused substitute.
However, the 30-year-old midfielder featured against Manchester City in the Premier League, coming on as a substitute in the second half. Arsenal won the game 1-0.
Meanwhile, against Mexico, Thomas Partey made it to the Ghana starting XI. However, Ghana manager Chris Hughton chose to take the player off at half-time. It is not clear at this stage whether it was a tactical decision or whether it had to do anything with the player’s fitness.

Meanwhile, the Gunners remain unbeaten in the Premier League and sit second in the points table. With 20 points from eight matches, Arsenal are tied on points with neighbours Tottenham Hotspur, who are first. Defending champions Manchester City sit third with 18 points.
Arsenal will be hoping not to receive another injury news given how important the player is to the club.
