Real Madrid will not make any new signings in the remaining days of the summer transfer window of 2023, according to a report in Marca.
Although transfer rumours have surfaced following the injury Eder Militao and Vinicius Jr have sustained, Real Madrid will not make any new signings before the transfer window slams shut on Friday.
Real Madrid have made five signings so far in the summer transfer window of 2023. The club landed Jude Bellingham from Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund for a transfer fee in the north of €100m. Real Madrid also signed Arda Guler and Fran Garcia, while also landing Joselu on a loan deal.
Following the injury sustained by their first-choice goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, Real Madrid also acquired the services of Kepa Arrizabalaga on a season-loan loan deal from Premier League side Chelsea.

Real Madrid, however, did consider Harry Kane as a replacement for Karim Benzema, who left the club to join Saudi Pro League side Al Ittihad this summer. However, they ruled out that option due to the age of the player and the cost involved in a potential deal. Kane has since signed for Bundesliga behemoths Bayern Munich.
Meanwhile, Real Madrid have had an impressive start to the 23/24 campaign. Carlo Ancelotti and co. sit atop the La Liga points table, having won all three matches they have so far played in the Spanish top-flight in the current campaign.
Real Madrid will take on Getafe in La Liga in their next fixture. That match will kick-off at 7:45 pm Indian Standard Time on September 2nd. That will also be Real Madrid’s final game before the September international break.
